Northampton | Days, Monday to Friday | £40,000-£45,000 pa (DOE) | Permanent | Full-time

• Salary: £40,000-£45,000 pa (DOE)
• Location: Northampton

• Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8.00 AM to 4.30 PM
• Work: Hands-on electrical + mechanical maintenance (PPM + breakdowns) on industrial process equipment

We're recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with both electrical and mechanical qualifications to maintain and improve plant reliability. You'll deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), respond to breakdowns, and support continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Recognised electrical & mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Proven multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial / FMCG / manufacturing / recycling environments
• Strong health & safety focus and structured problem-solving approach

Desirable Skills

• 18th Edition, PLC fault-finding/diagnostics, VSD/inverter experience, welding/fabrication, CMMS experience
