BIM Coordinator Architecture

This role involves close collaboration with design, construction teams, and external partners to optimise efficiencies and enhance model coordination. \n\n Key Responsibilities \n\nProvide daily Revit support and mentoring for project teams.\nManage and maintain Revit models, templates, and content libraries.\nCoordinate multiple federated models with subcontractors and consultants.\nDevelop and implement project BIM execution plans and CDE workflows.\nDeliver training, inductions, and ongoing support for staff Revit champions.\n Essential Skills & Experience\n\n3-5 years in a similar BIM role.\nAdvanced Revit skills, including model management and plugins.\nKnowledge of AutoCAD, ISO 19650, and CDE best practices.\nExperience with BIM validation, QA processes, and Revit rendering tools (Enscape or similar).\nStrong planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nPassion for emerging digital design and construction technologies.\n Desirable \n\n Experience with Autodesk Navisworks, Dynamo, Scan-to-BIM, Point Cloud data, or AI design tools. \n\n What's on Offer \n Competitive salary and benefits package \n 23 days annual leave, rising to 28 days with time in service \n Enhanced parental leave and 2 volunteering days per year \n Paid training and development opportunities \n Cycle-to-work scheme, gym discounts, and social events \n\n If this sounds of interest and you feel you match the role requirements apply to this role or email your latest CV and relevant technical samples to (url removed)\n\nEden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer
